Frequently Asked Questions
How does the free tier work?
The free tier gives you 3 story generations per day using our basic AI model, with shorter story lengths. Perfect for trying out the platform.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If your monthly card plan has auto-renew enabled, you can cancel it from Account Settings at any time, and access remains active until the end of the paid period. Crypto and paysafecard purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew.
Is my content private?
Yes. Nothing is stored on our servers unless you explicitly save it to your library. Your saved stories are encrypted and only accessible by you. You can delete everything at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards via PayFast (Pro plans only, due to a $10 minimum charge), cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT and more) via NOWPayments, and paysafecard vouchers. PayPal support is coming soon.
What is the Pro Day Pass?
The Pro Day Pass gives you full Pro-tier access for exactly 24 hours after purchase — same model, same limits, same features as Pro. No subscription, no auto-renewal, no extra perks beyond Pro.
How does annual billing work?
Switch to annual billing to pay for 10 months and get 2 months free compared to paying monthly. Annual plans run for 12 months from purchase; renew any time before or after it expires to keep your access active.
Card, crypto & paysafecard payments
Pay by credit/debit card via PayFast, with BTC, ETH, USDT and more via NOWPayments, or redeem a paysafecard voucher PIN. Pick a plan, choose a payment method, and your account upgrades automatically within minutes. PayPal support is coming soon.
